A entertainment and retail company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Customer Order Specialist in Fort Pierce.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading customers through their sales purchases
- Suggesting additional products customers might enjoy
- Educating callers about company products
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish to be considered for the bilingual position
- Hhigh school diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous experience in order service and/or customer service
- Ability to learn, retain and employ multiple order entry systems and support various brands
