A marketing and customer engagement solution provider has an open position for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Advocate in Billings.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customers as needed
- Maintaining composure in escalated situations
- Operating accurately and efficiently in a fast paced environment
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Minimum one year of previous customer service/sales experience required
- Typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy required
- Ability to speak English clearly and audibly using correct grammar required
- Computer knowledge in Windows based application required
