Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Customer Service and Claims Representative in the Lexington Area.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming phone calls from customers
  • Asking appropriate questions and listening actively to identify specific questions or issues
  • Reviewing and researching incoming healthcare claims from members and providers

Required Skills:

  • Ability to attending training and meetings onsite as needed
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
  • At least a high school diploma or GED OR 10 years of equivalent working experience
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and respond to customers in a compassionate manner
  • Proficient problem solving approach to quickly assess current state and formulate recommendations
