Job Summary
A technology company has a current position open for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Associate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Effectively managing large amounts of incoming calls
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Providing accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1+ year experience in customer service
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Ability to type 30+ words per minute
- Experience with problem solving and resolving conflict
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
