Job Summary

A well-known healthcare company is seeking a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish English Customer Service and Claims Representative in San Antonio.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Review and research incoming healthcare claims from members and providers
  • Answer incoming phone calls from customers and identify the type of assistance the customer needs
  • Own problem through to resolution on behalf of the customer in real time

Required Skills:

  • Must be able to attend onsite training, as well as, attend occasional meetings onsite
  • Spanish Bilingual Required
  • An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED OR 10 years of equivalent working experience
