Job Summary

A provider of personalized products and services has an open position for a Telecommute Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Lenexa.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer service calls
  • Research and resolve customer service problems and issues
  • Troubleshoot and provide assistance with website login and first level technical issues

Qualifications Include:

  • Must attend 2 weeks of onsite training in Lenexa followed by 2 weeks of onsite coaching at the Lenexa facility
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Typing speed of 20+ wpm
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Proficient with Windows operating system
  • All other requirements and technical requirements listed by company
