Job Summary

A global healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Healthcare Customer Service Advocate in Greensboro.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Respond to and resolve, on the first call, customer service inquires and issues
  • nitiate proactive outreach to members as needed
  • Contact care providers on behalf of the customer to assist with appointment scheduling

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3+ years of combined education, work and/or volunteer experience
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Reside within the state of North Carolina
