Job Summary

A non-profit organization has an open position for a Telecommute Human Resources Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Providing overall administration of the human resources function
• Helping supervisors and managers develop themselves
• Developing HR strategies

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Ability to travel
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent oral and written communication in English and Spanish
