Job Summary
A staffing firm is in need of a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Licensed Benefit Representative in Miami.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from plan participants
- Resolve all participant inquiries that require research or additional information
- Act as a successful team member by being receptive to feedback/coaching
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Able to drive and pick up equipment from office location
- HS diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of proven customer service or sales experience
- 6 months of experience using MS Office Suite
- California and Florida Life and Health License is mandatory
- Must have a quiet space free from distractions and background noise with internet
