Job Summary
A staffing firm has a current position open for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Licensed Insurance Call Center Sales Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Cross selling products associated with insurance coverage
- Answering inbound calls demonstrating product knowledge and benefits
- Building customer relationships, earning their loyalty and trust
Qualifications for this position include:
- Fluency in the Spanish language required
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Property and Casualty or Personal Lines License in your resident state
- 1-year of call center experience or,
- 1-year of experience at an insurance agency if you do not have call center experience
- Comfortable using primarily e-mail and chat to communicate with colleagues daily
