Job Summary

A musical instrument manufacturing company is filling a position for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Music Instrument Customer Service Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Provide direct communication and customer service support
  • Enhance relationship between customers and the company
  • Document all interactions into CRM system

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 2-years of experience in a customer service contact center role
  • Experience working with MS Office products - Excel, Word, and Outlook at a minimum
  • Bi-lingual (English / Spanish, both verbal and written)
  • A minimum of a high school diploma, or equivalent
