Job Summary
A musical instrument manufacturing company is filling a position for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Music Instrument Customer Service Representative.
Must be able to:
- Provide direct communication and customer service support
- Enhance relationship between customers and the company
- Document all interactions into CRM system
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2-years of experience in a customer service contact center role
- Experience working with MS Office products - Excel, Word, and Outlook at a minimum
- Bi-lingual (English / Spanish, both verbal and written)
- A minimum of a high school diploma, or equivalent
