Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Registered Nurse.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Making outbound calls to assess members' current health status
  • Identifying gaps or barriers in treatment plans
  • Providing patient education to assist with self-management

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Must live within a commutable distance of the Miami office
  • Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of Florida
  • 3+ years clinical experience
  • Bilingual skills (fluency in Spanish/English)
  • Intermediate/proficient level of experience with MS Office applications
  • Must be willing/able to obtain CCM within 2 years of employment
