Job Summary
A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Bilingual Spanish Telephonic RN Case Manager in Miami.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Making outbound calls to assess members' current health status
- Identifying gaps or barriers in treatment plans
- Providing patient education to assist with self-management
Qualifications for this position include:
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Residence
- Bilingual Spanish/English testing
- Multiple state licensure or ability to obtain multiple state nursing licenses
- 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital, acute care or direct care setting
- Intermediate / proficient level of experience with MS Office applications
- Willing / able to obtain CCM within 30 months of employment if you do not already have it
