Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Billing Reimbursement Specialist in Salt Lake City.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Initiating contact with providers via telephone or electronic methods
- Documenting any point of contact changes for providers
- Communicating enrollment updates and/or questions to internal team members
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience working in medical billing, health insurance or collections
- Ability to successfully navigate between multiple systems
- Ability to update systems with new information
- Ability to establish and maintain a strong professional rapport with providers and teams
- Good problem solving and decision making skills
- Time management, organizational, communication, multitasking & teamwork skills
