Job Summary
A provider of outsourced healthcare services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Biotechnology Company Call Center Operations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of call center supervisors
- Manage, organize, and coordinate outbound and/or inbound call center programs
- Collaborate with Business Unit Director to ensure client objectives are met in a fiscally responsible manner
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent work related experience
- Five years’ experience supervising within a Call Center operation
- Ability to train and motivate staff members
- Ability to work independently, and exercise sound judgment with regards to issue escalation
- Outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Adept at all applicable computer software
