Job Summary

A provider of outsourced healthcare services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Biotechnology Company Call Center Operations Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of call center supervisors
  • Manage, organize, and coordinate outbound and/or inbound call center programs
  • Collaborate with Business Unit Director to ensure client objectives are met in a fiscally responsible manner

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent work related experience
  • Five years’ experience supervising within a Call Center operation
  • Ability to train and motivate staff members
  • Ability to work independently, and exercise sound judgment with regards to issue escalation
  • Outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Adept at all applicable computer software
