Job Summary

A non-profit organization has an open position for a Telecommute Bookkeeper in Santa Cruz.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Making wire transfers and reconcile monthly bank statements
  • Processing A/P in QuickBooks, process incoming bills
  • Assigning bank fee deposits and checks on a daily basis

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Non-profit experience required
  • Minimum 5 years experience in an independently functioning
  • Demonstrated proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Experience with electronic third-party payroll systems
