Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Telecommute Broker Agent Service Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing staff by providing one-on-one coaching, training and other opportunities of professional development
- Identifying compliance and quality improvements and initiate corrective action plans
- Supervising the daily activities of your team
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimal travel as needed
- 2+ years of experience in a Leadership role
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- Experience using a computer and Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word
- Project Management experience
- Experience in a Sales Support role
