Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommute Business Analysis Consultant.

Must be able to:

• Support ServiceNow development, transition, and operations
• Work with various business entities to gather and document requirements
• Create user stories, test user stories, and assist with the transition of new business organizations

Required Skills:

• 8+ years increasing responsibility and experience in a business analysis role
• 3 or more years gathering and documenting technical requirements
• 3 or more years documenting process and procedure
• 3 or more years analyzing and translating complex
• 1 or more years of End User Support experience in an IT environment
• Experience or familiarity with ITIL (v3 or better)
