Job Summary

A communications solutions company has a current position open for a Telecommute Business Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Maintain awareness of overall process of NSG division, provide support for data analysis & assist in streamlining processes
• Manage, provide support, maintain dashboards & necessary reporting, monitor data for accuracy & completeness within Salesforce
• Provide timely trend data and analysis to management staff

Qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field is required
• 1-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role is required
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Salesforce CRM, and other web-based applications
