An information technology and professional staffing and services company is seeking a Telecommute Business Analyst in Dorchester.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Ensure quality customer service and provide guidance on technical solutions
• Manage complex project-related issues and the implementation of solutions

Qualifications Include:

• Experienced Business Analyst with Financial services background highly preferred
• Experienced in Waterfall and Agile Methodology
• Excellent communication skills a must
• Demonstrated abilities with requirement gathering and documentation, process mapping, test planning, test script writing and overseeing UAT
• Knowledge of BA role within PMO/ Matrixed Organization
