Job Summary

A healthcare company that connects members to high-quality care is seeking a Telecommute Business Analytics.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Increase real-time data visibility for the business via creation and curation of data platforms and tools
• Employ and inform software-based forecast models to support maintenance of baseline statistical operational and financial forecasts
• Create cohorting analyses to drive enhanced understanding of utilization drivers & construct models for forecasting new customer utilization

Qualifications Include:

• 5+ years of experience delivering BI analytics and data solutions
• Proficient with SQL and visualization tools such as Looker
• Proactive and passionate about results and data integrity
• Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
• Experience working with enterprise systems & understanding of data design pattern differences between transactional ERP systems & analytical data warehouses
• Experience building dashboards and reports with data visualization & BI tools that display complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format
