Job Summary

A global healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Business and People Operations Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing and maintaining calendars for up to 7 department executives
  • Managing logistics for on-campus, in-office, and virtual interviews
  • Coordinating onboarding process for incoming department staff members

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Associate degree and 2+ years of administrative work experience in a professional corporate environment; OR
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in at least two of the following: 1)Supporting senior business or department leaders; 2)Customer service experience; 3)Working in a team environment; 4)Working in a fast paced, highly matrixed environment
  • Ability to work with hiring managers to prepare hardware, software, and technology needs for new hires to ensure smooth entry into new role
  • Ability to communicate with new hires in advance of start date and during first few weeks to support onboarding and troubleshoot in-the-moment problems
  • Ability to own database maintenance and document updates, including department org charts, distribution lists, and internal channels and platforms
