Job Summary

An information technology and services company has an open position for a Telecommute Business Development Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Lead efforts for the STORD sales team in new customer acquisition by leading the business development team
  • Coach a team of business development reps on sales strategy, target account lists, and achieve quarterly targets
  • Build and maintain a predictable sales pipeline to ensure quota attainment

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 3+ Years sales experience with proven performance owning a complex selling motion from prospecting through close
  • Building & running sales cadences using a tool like Salesloft, Hubspot, Outreach, etc
  • Confident and effective communication with the ability to influence individuals and groups at all levels
  • Strong track record of overachievement with experience in coaching a team on out-bounding
