A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Business Development Officer in Fresno.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing new and maintaining existing lending relationships
• Providing land financing and farm mortgage products for American agriculture
• Working with an average loan size in the $750,000 - $3 million range

Position Requirements Include:

• 3 to 7 years of experience in agricultural real estate lending
• Expertise and experience in a wide variety of agricultural operations and farming practices
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills
