Job Summary

An information technology and services company is in need of a Telecommute Business Insight Analyst.

Must be able to:

  • Communicate and clarify requirements in agile report development meetings
  • Be a stake-holder-triggered system and workflow analyst, understanding of business insight and reporting needs
  • Work closely with project stakeholders as a Project Manager when required

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • May require up to 25% overnight travel
  • Demonstrated domain knowledge of product support, both at a technical and installation level for global clients
  • Knowledge of data models and options of SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, SQL databases, architectures, and queries
  • Data model knowledge of ServicePower and SeviceMax
