Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Business Intelligence Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing input on methodology and process
• Designing, testing, and delivering reports according to specifications
• Estimating project hours for client deliverables

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• 30 - 40% travel
• Highly proficient with IBM Cognos Analytics suite of applications including Framework Manager, Report Studio, Workspace Advanced, Query Studio, Event Studio and Analysis Studio
• Ability to create and customize cubes within Transformer
• Strong understanding of relational database structures, dimensional data modeling, and SQL
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a directly related field/position
• Good working knowledge of data warehousing concepts and exposure to agile development methodology such as Scrum
