Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Business Learning Design Consultant in Minnetonka.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Design engaging, effective learning solutions based on industry best practices
- Develop learning solutions in a variety of modalities using standard tools
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor's in communications, instructional design, organizational development, training development or related
- 6+ years experience with adult learning design and development in corporate setting
- Experience consulting with clients on learning needs and proposing innovative solutions
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- 3+ years of project management experience
- Advanced experience with learning development tools (e.g., Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.)
