Job Summary
A business process outsourcing firm is in need of a Telecommute Business Outsourcing Medicaid Account Management.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Formulating and administering company policies to ensure compliance with contractual standards, state and federal laws and regulations
- Meeting Profit and Loss targets, monthly, quarterly, and annually to deliver on our revenue target
- Managing and developing goals, objectives, and long-term vision through being an advocate for successful change
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Business Processes Services (BPS/BPO) experience
- Possess Medicaid services account management experience
- Experience in senior level sales, operations or technical management and healthcare systems
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
- Demonstrate a successful background managing large accounts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
