Job Summary

A computer software company is in need of a Telecommute Business Process Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Leading process discovery for planned processes to be automated
• Creating, updating, and maintaining documentation for process improvements and automation
• Performing data gathering, root cause analysis and performance trending in order to develop appropriate process changes

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience
• In-depth knowledge of Automation Operations
