Job Summary
A financial services group is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Business Risk and Controls Director in the San Antonio Area.
Must be able to:
- Direct staff and initiatives that support risk programs
- Advise senior management and influence process change
- Build and manage a high performing team of risk professionals
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to attend initial 6 months onsite training
- Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management or equivalent experience
- 8 or more years of relevant operations experience
- 3 or more years of leadership or managerial experience
- Expert knowledge of relevant regulatory compliance
