Job Summary

A business solutions company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Business Support Compliance Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing the resident files within the time frames outlined in a contract
  • Reviewing resident files for properties with multiple affordable program types
  • Answering questions from the site staff regarding affordable housing program

Qualifications Include:

  • Travel to perform site audits, file repairs or initial certifications
  • Must have a working knowledge of the requirements of the LIHTC and HUD programs
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in compliance or affordable property management
  • Strong time management skills and keen sense of attention to detail
