A business technology solutions company is seeking a Telecommute Business Technology Solution Renewals Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Assist with new attach quotes
• Open cases to request installed base/CSD reports, share with team
• Open cases to request termination with credit, send credit memos to Core Accounts Payable

Qualifications Include:

• 1-2 Years of experience
• High level problem solving skills
• Independent decision making skills for self and others
• Ability to open cases with to request termination with credit, send credit memos to Core Accounts Payable
