Job Summary
A healthcare business and operations provider is seeking a Telecommute Call Center Agent in Hot Springs.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Place outbound calls to consumers
- Gain approval from right party consumer to transfer the call to a Customer Service Professional
Position Requirements Include:
- Attend Privacy and Security Training, as required by the HIPAA Awareness Program
- Ability to represent the organization as a top notch service oriented business
- Must use judgment in escalating unresolved issues to management
- Must practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement”
