Job Summary

A healthcare business and operations provider is seeking a Telecommute Call Center Agent in Hot Springs.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Place outbound calls to consumers
• Gain approval from right party consumer to transfer the call to a Customer Service Professional

Position Requirements Include:

• Attend Privacy and Security Training, as required by the HIPAA Awareness Program
• Ability to represent the organization as a top notch service oriented business
• Must use judgment in escalating unresolved issues to management
• Must practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement”
