Job Summary

A non-profit organization has an open position for a Telecommute Capacity Building Trainer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing and implementating curriculum and workshops
  • Identifying priorities and opportunities to strengthen capacity building programs
  • Monitoring and evaluating the progress and impact of grantees

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to to travel 4-10 times per year
  • 5+ years of grassroots organizing and/or voter engagement experience in historically disenfranchised communities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in developing curriculum and trainings
  • Strong data management and analysis skills
  • Experience with event planning and logistics coordination for meetings and conferences
