Job Summary
A non-profit organization has an open position for a Telecommute Capacity Building Trainer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing and implementating curriculum and workshops
- Identifying priorities and opportunities to strengthen capacity building programs
- Monitoring and evaluating the progress and impact of grantees
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to to travel 4-10 times per year
- 5+ years of grassroots organizing and/or voter engagement experience in historically disenfranchised communities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in developing curriculum and trainings
- Strong data management and analysis skills
- Experience with event planning and logistics coordination for meetings and conferences
