Job Summary
A software distribution company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Capacity Planning Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Determine the capacity required to meet fluctuating demands and future capacity
- Prepare schedules, plans and forecasts for internal and outsource partner service delivery teams
- Create capacity plans which optimize production efficiency, costs, and customer experience
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Proven record with 5+ years of experience in building forecasting models and capacity plans
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, including senior management
- Success in meeting plans with a mix of internal and outsource partner teams
- Excellence in problem solving and ability to develop action plans to resolve problems and issues
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to collaborate with a variety of cultures
