A law firm has a current position open for a Telecommute Capital Markets Attorney.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Working with a capital markets project
• Working up to 10-12 hours per day

Qualifications Include:

• Several years of experience representing publicly traded companies and investment banks
• Ability to work weekends if needed
• Experience advising clients on corporate governance, securities compliance and SEC reporting matters is helpful
