A health management company is seeking a Telecommute Care Delivery Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Supervising case management departmental activities
• Acting as a client facing clinical subject matter expert
• Providing clinical expertise in the development of applications and tools

Position Requirements Include:

• Ability to lead/manage others; successful management experience
• Strong problem solving and issue resolution skills
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Thoroughknowledge of health care and managed care delivery systems
• Knowledge of state and federal laws and resources, especially Medicare
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
