Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Telecommute Care Management Member Advocate in Worcester.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Makes in home/institutional/office visits as needed
  • Gathers and evaluates data from the Enrollee's medical record to ascertain compliance
  • Responds to all questions or concerns regarding management of their health care and benefits

Required Skills:

  • 50% travel
  • Current MA Driving License
  • Technological literacy
  • 1-3 years experience in Health Care preferred, with experience for a healthcare payor being a plus
  • College Degree preferred in area of Human Services, Healthcare, Social Work
