Job Summary
A legal services company has a current position open for a Telecommute CaseSmart Discovery Attorney.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Drafting all forms of written discovery requests
- Documenting and conducting evidence management (often in the Relativity environment)
- Partnering with assigned e-Discovery counsel and the firm’s Litigation Support team per ESI inquiries
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- A minimum of four years of legal experience with employment law cases and issues
- An active bar license in the state of residence
- Experience handling the discovery processes for litigation matters
- The ability to utilize document and evidence management platforms
- The ability to discern practical and well-founded options for the effective defense of litigation matters
