Job Summary

A provider of benefits administration is in need of a Telecommute CDS Workday Total Rewards Consultant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Becoming an expert in the Workday product suite
• Developing working relationships with other members of project team and management as well as external clients
• Sharing knowledge and information through regular communications and facilitation

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Ability to travel up to 50%
• 3 to 5 years of previous consulting experience implementing Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Performance within any ERP system
• Ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects
• Demonstrates ability to prioritize conflicting demands with little supervision
• Demonstrates strong work ethics, setting an example for others
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
