Job Summary

A software development firm is seeking a Telecommute Center of Excellence Consultant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Collecting and reviewing client data prior to implementation
• Focusing on identifying issues and reconciling payroll amounts
• Assisting with data mapping from source system(s) to UltiPro for various conversion needs

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• As needed up to up to 10%, majority of the work will be performed remotely
• Prior experience processing and reconciling a payroll for a multi-state organization
• Prior experience working on a payroll system implementation desired
• Excellent coaching and feedback skills
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Positive, professional attitude
