Job Summary
A health service company is in need of a Telecommute Charge Description Master Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Analyzing and conducting financial reviews to determine charge capture accuracy and comprehensiveness
- Ensuring accurate establishment of clinical charges, descriptions, and billing codes in the charge master
- Collecting, interpreting and communicating performance data using various tools and systems
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 4 year/Bachelor's Degree
- ix years of experience in the healthcare industry is required
- Charge Master, EAP and coding experience are highly preferred
- Certifications in patient access or patient accounting
- Coding certification highly preferred
- Experience in physician and hospital operations, compliance and provider relations
