A healthy meal company has a current position open for a Telecommute Chef Vendor Recruiter in San Diego.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing the full recruitment and on-boarding cycle of chefs and food tour operators in assigned markets
- Reviewing all inbound applicants in a timely manner while actively performing outreach to uncover passive candidates
- Conducting phone interviews with potential chef and food tour partners
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA/BA from a top university
- 2+ years of sales, business development, or recruiting experience
- Culinary experience required
- Outgoing and eager to engage with the chef community
- Strong phone skills
- All other requirements necessary for this position
