Job Summary

A tech support services provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Chief Operating Officer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team
  • Provide the overall vision, direction, strategy, leadership, and management
  • Ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures

Position Requirements Include:

  • Degree in Business Administration; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 10+ years of operational experience, including proven operational success
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral, as well as excellent listening skills
  • Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to develop trust and credibility, lead by example
  • Excellent management skills, including the ability to supervise multiple disparate teams
