Job Summary
An information technology consulting firm has a current position open for a Telecommute CISA Threat Hunting Cyber Data Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Work remotely on a Threat Hunting team in a Cyber Security Operations Technology Environment
- Analyze data, secure critical systems, and use SIEM tools in an effort for overall data integrity and oversight
- Secure the nations critical infrastructure from all natural and manmade hazards
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Most crucial skills are Splunk and Snort
- Must be a US citizen
- Experience with deploying network sensor systems and providing reliable threat and event data
- Experience with Splunk engineering, assisting with architecture of Splunk instances, configuring Splunk searcheads, indexers
- Data normalization experience
- Ability to build a series of interconnected dashboards/an entire app
