Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Telecommute Claims Adjustment Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Resolving designated provider issues and
- Responding to inquiries with efficiency, urgency and compassion
- Performing a variety of complex, simple and closed / denied adjustments
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to complete training from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Mountain Time
- High School Diploma / GED or higher
- 1+ years of customer service experience Experience using Windows PC
- Ability to work between the hours of 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 40 hours, including the ability to work overtime as needed
- 1+ years of claims experience
