Job Summary

A healthcare insurance company is seeking a Telecommute Claims Capability Implementation Project Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Planning and driving implementation of initiatives and operational improvements
  • Collaborating with operational and technical staff to solution and execute on project deliverables
  • Owning the details and nuance of each implementation based on developing an understanding of business operations and strategic direction

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years collaborating in cross-functional and matrixed environment
  • 4+ years' experience as a project/capability lead handling execution of cross-functional business/systems capabilities
  • 4+ years of claims/operational related experience in healthcare/health plan administration, particularly Medicare or Medicaid lines of business
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
