Job Summary

A financial services and solutions company is in need of a Telecommute Claims Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Conduct initial and ongoing claimant interviews and appropriately updates claim file/documentation
• Deliver routine work independently, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines, in a timely manner and meets deadlines appropriately
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of submitted claims

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• High School or GED
• 2 - 3 Years of claims experience directly aligned to the specific responsibilities for this position
• Ability to perform under stress in cases of emergency, critical or hazardous situations
• Ability to work with others in a team environment
• Demonstrated solid relationship management skills with internal and/or external clients
