Job Summary

A business services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Client Account Manager in Jacksonville.

Must be able to:

  • Iron out any problems that may come up and create scripting, make updates, and tweak scripting
  • Be in charge of making sure the clients are being billed properly and their payments are up-to-date
  • Design, build, and maintain our relationship with clients from the ground up

Position Requirements Include:

  • Lending a helping hand to the Client Experience Associates when the call center is particularly busy
  • Must have written communication skills are strong enough to rival Hemingway
  • Must have a high-speed Internet connection, such as Cable/Fios
  • Must be highly organized
  • Must have all the usual business software (Google Docs, Microsoft Word and Excel, etc.) down cold
  • A Webcam is required
