Job Summary

A global technology provider is filling a position for a Telecommute Client Care Technical Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing consultation, training and support to the client
  • Understanding and managing client expectations
  • Providing detailed analysis of issues received from clients

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel alone or as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1 - 2 years’ experience in financial industry field, preferably in the Banking or the Credit Union industry
  • Past experience in an analytical and customer facing role
  • Proficient PC skills, Microsoft Office application experience & Microsoft SQL Server experience
  • Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
